For getting seat in ACMS do I need to apply for MCC all India counselling or its counselling will be done by IPU! If I have regd. for IPU.

As far as ACMS's admission is considered, the basis is exactly the same being NEET scores.
And counselling process is not done by MCC under central counselling, rather counselling is organised by Guru Gobind Singh, Indraprastha University.
If you have already registered for IPU and attending the counselling process there then you are all set to be considered for admission in ACMS.
