You can opt any course of your interest for pursuing your Graduation. Candidates who have completed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to appear in IAS examination. So, it completely  depends upon your choice. You can start off your preparation as you enter your graduation degree. So you get complete three years to prepare yourself foe IAS.
