For JAC counselling ....the obc ncl certificate must be of state or centre??

Hi
From the students who have faced this issue they mentioned that central certificate obc ncl issued by NCT of delhi will do provided your caste is listed in the Delhi obc list they have during counselling. If its not listed it won't work and you will have to make Delhi state certificate of your caste if they give time or change your category to general category.

My category is mentioned in both Central as well as state list ........and I have certificate of OBC NCL under NCT of Delhi....will it work?
