Both colleges are good but in term of placement & faculty the best option is College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai for Mechanical. It has AAAA+ rating which means outstanding & Madras Institute of Technology has AAAA rating which means very good as per the analyzing report of Careers 360.
More than 120 companies comes every year for placement like CTS, TCS and infosys etc. The average package is approximately 4.5 Lakh per annum.
