For mop up round will all india seats be available for me if I am a Delhi obc candidate or only stare seats would be available please explain i got 533 marks in neet and 60000 rank

All india quota seats will not be available for mopup round.... The left over seats in AIQ will be transferred to the states... Mopup round is only for Deemed/Aiims/Jipmer /CU /Amu only
