Hello dear aspirant.

It is recommended to have latest edition of NCERT Books for your studies and when it comes to neet it is seriously recommended. CBSE follow latest version syllabus. you will get more and more upgraded knowledge from new books. Qualifying will be very easy from NCERT Book .most of the segment of paper comes from NCERT itself.
