PRACTICE MCQs and be thorough with all concepts and different types of equations and numericals.
NCERT is enough for parts of chemistry, but you should be able to apply well
NCERT still has a lot of things you have not seen yet.
Read the book thoroughly and then do MCQs, success would be guaranteed.
Nextly, Allen modules are very helpful..
If you are done with all these, then you can refer books like --
Physics- HC Verma, DC Pandey, MTG Physics Explorer etc
CHEMISTRY - Comprehensive, ABC, GRB, MTG etc

Revise on regular basis. And do solve previous year question papers of neet ug .

NCERT is no doubt a mother book. Read NCERT well. And you should have your concepts clear. And as it is a MCQ based exam, practice as many as MCQs and previous year question papers within a given time limit. Time management is very important.
Reading from Allen module or any other educational institution modeule like that of Aakash , etc is not necessary. Any good reference book ( there are lot many in the market, choose the easiest one to understand according to u) along with NCERT is helpful.

Now u have other comprehensive physics , etc as theory books....
But do buy a MCQ chapterwise module n practice it. ( i like the MTG ones) And previous year question paper of ofcourse!
But ofcourse, these study material from Allen , Aakash are the made by consulting different books n would make your work easier.
