Hello,

It is difficult to gain admission to a Canadian school unless you have residency in Canada. If you do, then often percentages are considered differently from school to school and entry is negotiable depending upon your other achievements/accolades apart from academics as well.

Therefore, unless you have residency in Canada, the best time to seek admission would be for undergraduate or postgraduate study after 12 standard. The entry process is more open and accomodating for tertiary-level education and is the major source of international students in the nation.
