125 marks is roughly around 46 -47 percentile, for exact percentile please refer your result.

Assuming you from general category.

No, you haven't qualified need 2021 with just 125 marks

For your reference,

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different categories is :-

Furtehr, since yo have not mentioned your category, then it is really difficult to tell whether you wualify for NEET UG 2021 or not. The NEET cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students.

The NEET Cutoff depends on various factors like : difficulty level of the paper, number of aspirants appearing for the examination, etc.

NEET cutoff passing marks for general category is 720-138, while for SC/ST/OBC it is 137-108 . NEET 2021 cutoff percentile for general category is 50th and for SC/ST/OBC it is 40th.
