For upgradation, does I have to fill the choice directly in 2nd round or any upgrade option will come or something they ask before upgrade

Dear student, you must select the upgradation option while registering for second round of counselling. You also need to fill the choice of your colleges you wish to get. This will only be possible if you have not freezed your seat in the first round of counselling.
