Mostly , the number will be sent to you on your registered email id or phone number.In case it is not sent you can go to the official website and open the password recovery portal.There you can enter your mail id and phone number and the further steps will be sent to you.
Follow those steps to recover your number.

Also VIT has cancelled the VITEE 2020 and will allot admission on basis of 12th marks /JEE score.So no need to worry.

Generally when youapplyfor any entrance then the credentials likeregistration/application number/id and password come on the registered email id and contactnumber, you can go to forgot password and then retrieve it from your e-mail address or mobile number andifit does not work for you then you can contact the officials directly.

No worries, you can check it in your mail or message box, you must have received any mail of application from VIT. Also, you can check it on the receipt of payment (challan payment).
To add on, VIT has cancelled the VITEEE 2020 exam and has announced to take admissions on the basis of merit in 10+2 and students with valid jee marks world be given preference.
