Hello Aspirant,

See there is no any system for pass or fail in JEE-Main because a rank is declared their on the basis of which admission are taken in different institutions and along with that a qualifying/cut-off percentile is being declared which decides that whether you are eligible to sit in JEE-Advance. According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but ye I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
