The tentative qualifying percentile for SC category students is between 50-55 every year. According to your percentile score you are well ahead of the cutoff and your predicted rank is around 4000. This a good rank and you will be able to get your desired branch in top NITs/IIITs ( except for the top 5 ones ). Check out the link below to explore colleges available with your rank.
