hi, see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on candidates category, seat matrix, questions difficulty level, number of participants etc. ms courses cutoff is comparatively less than mtech, you may apply for iit madras, iit guwahati for ms, once you complete your ms or mtech than you are eligible to apply for phd, also you may apply in jadavpur university for integrated phd course which is 5 years duration.
