Good evening sir/mam, I applied for csab special counselling 2020.I couldn't get seat in any of the rounds so I am eligible for getting my refund fee back.But still now I could not get the money. what should I do now? whom I have to contact now? how can I get my money back?

Dear student,
The refunds for the JoSAA and CSAB rounds related to NIT+ System was initiated from 15th December 2020 ( as per the information given on csab official site ).
You must also refer to JoSAA Business rule and CSAB information brochure carefully to assess your eligibility for refunds.
Since you do not got alloted any seat in csab any round so you are eligible to get refund.
And If you are eligible for refund and you still not get any refund then write a email to csab help desk and raise this issue.
