Got 191 rank in ts pgecet. Can i get a seat in OU or Jntu (power electronics system)???( I belong to BC-E category).

The rank which you mentioned might not help you to get a seat in JNTU because competition is high but you can find a better college on career 360 college predictor.
But you won't get any good College so it doesn't matter but that is really okay you may try
