Dear Aspirant,

Firstly congrats for such an amazing score.Yes with these score you can get seat in government medical college.as per last years cutoff 560 and above was considered a safe score  to get seat in government college through All India Quota. You can get seat through state level quota.

As you have not mentioned your state and college so its quite difficult to predict your college through state level quota.
