The NEET qualifying score is the minimum percentile that if needed to be achieved in order to gain admission to any medical college by passing the examination. For this each category has their own percentile.
1- unreserved category : 50% that is 701-134 scores
2- physically handicapped : 45% that is 133-120 scores
3- scheduled caste : 40% that is 133-107 scores
4- scheduled tribe : 40% that is 133-107 scores
5- other backward classes : 40% that is 133-107 scores
6- scheduled caste - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores
7- scheduled tribe - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores
8- other backward classes - physically handicapped : 40% that is 133-107 scores
In order to get admission in MBBS college in any state you should be able to meet the cutoff that the college states specifically if it is a government college. For a government college the percentiles for their cutoff vary from college to college and depend on factors that include-
• previous years cutoffs
• the category you belong to
• the number of applicants
• number of seats available
• over all NEET performance
