have taken admission to BAMS and wish to give neet 2021 but the neet brochure says that i cant cancel it and can only after 2 years

Yes, a student of BAMS can apply for NEET 2021 after preparations.
You need to make sure that there is no bond signed between you and the college you are taking admission in.
And also the preparation that need to be done will be way too difficult because the course work of BAMS itself is very vast.
