hay while iim -b gives you a score based on work experience of upto 8 does it consider paid part time job also during under graduate studies

Hi Abhishek!
IIMs has not revealed any work experience criteria required for getting admission in MBA. Yeah, but surely students who have work experience get some extra weightage during personal interview round (PI) over those who do not have any work experience. But it is not madatory to have any work experience. Also, only full time jobs are considered as work experience. And you can always show your achievements, part time work (which you did) to add some extra brownie points to impress the management.
