Hi Aspirant,
Harnessing the dreams of becoming a doctor starts from a tender age.The process includes studying some degrees related to doctors for that you need to give neet exam(An all india exams for admission in doctor courses).To be eligible for neet exam it is mandatory to pass class 12 board exam with Physics,chemistry,Maths and Biology as 3 compulsory subjects along with Biology.So the answer is no ,you cannot become doctor if you are from art stream.

The answer is No !
Only the one who have science with Biology in his or her 10+2 only become Doctor or applied for it.
You have to take science in 12th.
However, you can re-join 12th in the science stream if you want to be a doctor .
However Arts also offers Ample of career opportunities in various domains

You can reappear for 12th with science subject if you want to do your MBBS. If you don't want to do MBBS or want to go for any other medical courses you must write NEET examination. NEET is the only entrance examination for getting a seat into any medical stream.
