Admission to MHRM can be done through entrance test such as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT to name a few,  generally speaking the eligibility criteria for MHRM is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, the course fee varies among colleges, for example in IIT KGP the admission and tuition fee per semester is Rs 75000 however exemption of tuition fee is there for reserved candidates, and like this many universities offer scholarships or other financial aids to SC/ST students also, to know the exact fee structure of a specific college, you may check out the official website of the concerned college.
