hello, i am getting 60 marks in Gate 2019 (EE), any possibilities for psu's call, my category is obc(NCL)

First of all greetings to you for getting a good score in GATE.
As compared to the previous year GATE cut-off marks you will qualify for sure irrespective of the group and category.
As you know that In the final selection process of college or getting into a PSU through GATE, category also matters.
As you are from O BC category,You may get PSU but high chances of getting into good IIT's
