Hi,
It is difficult to evaluate the rank from the marks right now but according to calculations, I would suggest that your rank would be something around 230 and with that rank under SC category you can go for admission in:

MSc in Biotechnology at IIT Bombay

opening rank-174 closing rank-630

MSc in Biotechnology at IIT Roorkee

opening rank-113 closing rank-530
