hello i am pursuing bsc from ignou and could i submit my assignment without attending practical. if no then when i can attend the practical. please answer. thank you.

Hello,
As you said you are pursuing BSc from IGNOU, so appearing for practicals are inevitable, you've to appear for it in order to pass your graduation in IGNOU, you can contact co-ordinator of your study centre in regards to dates for practical exams.
