I would highly suggest you tell regarding which exam you are talking about. Achieving 193 rank in any exam is very commendable. If you would have mentioned in which exam you have scored this rank, we would have helped you in a better way. If you have scored this rank in EAMCET or NEET you can easily get a government college of your choice.
