Yes, you can apply. According to the eligibility criteria for DU, candidates need to have scored at least 45% aggregate in 10+2 qualifying examination. So, you are eligible for the admission. However, you can't be sure of getting an admission because admission is dependent upon cut off, which often tend to go very high (95-98% range). Wait till the last round cut off to grab any vacant seats. If you a reserved category student, you might get a seat in earlier rounds.
