Hello, I have paid the counselling fee in first phase but couldn't submit my degree documents. should I pay the counselling fee again or will the previously paid fee will be valid for me in final phase. can I attend documents verification for the final phase directly?

If you are paid you can verify your certificate in the website portal . But if you missed the first counselling you should pay for the second counselling in some exams but in eamcet exams no need to pay second time too you can directly enter the second counselling.
