Hello, i have uploaded medical certificate for josaa counceling, the physical registered practisioner , he has mentioned his registered no. but donot have a stamp. I dont have any kind of disability. will my seat can be cancelled on the basis of medical certificate if it dont have a stamp?

The medical certificate has to be issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner, alongwith his/her registration number and seal.
I don't think there will be any problem with your counselling due to lack of stamp, since the registration number has been mentioned in your certificate. However, this cannot be said with certainty.
