Hello Aspirant,
Officially the exact date is not announced for Application form of IGNOU OPENMAT, It was expected in the last week of February. NTA will conduct IGNOU OPENMAT tentatively in the month of May 2020. I would suggest you to stay tuned with the official site given below to get the updated information.
