Hello Aspirant,
As you study in Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and there is no notice for promotion of students of IGNOU so you have to wait for any announcement to be made by the competent authorities.
As of now different state governments are taking decision for colleges and Universitites exams cancellation in the wake of enormous outbreak of Corona Virus but for IGNOU you have to wait for any official announcement.
