Hello, my gate score is 405 (EE Branch 2020) Gen Category. What are the chances of IITs , NITs, IIITs, Govt Colleges for M.Tech. / M.S. etc ?

The cutoff for this year EE was around 33 for General category which is pretty less than last, which was 39. So this time competition will be less as compare to the last year but still it will be tough to get into IIT's with your score.
You can get lower end NIT's and JNUTH or Osmania.
