Based on your rank there are good chances that you may get a seat in JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada because the last year's cutoff for JNTUK in OC category is around 500 rank which you qualify. Other colleges where you have good chances of getting a seat in are:

Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
