Hello sir, I am an ece student and from SC background. I got 31 marks in gate. score-403 and rank arouond 10k. Can i get into PSUs

The competition for getting into PSU is immense, and very high. With 31 marks you cannot expect to get into PSU. The average cutoff to get into PSU is somewhere between 55 to 60. You can try for M. Tech course which you can get.
