Hello sir , i got 25.69 marks in CE second shift. I belong to OBC category. Can i qualify the exam ?

You might qualify if the qualifying trends goes like previous year.But if it changes may be you will not qualify.
Cut off for qualifying depends on the difficulty level of the question paper and the number of students appeared.
So the cut off may vary each year.There are chances you will qualify but you will get nothing like colleges or PSUs.This qualifying is worthless until you get any college.
If you want to stay in the same stream then you should prepare for gate again and appear after full preparation.
