See if your category is not listed in central list then you have to apply under General category but yes later in counselling you can get reservation benefits for your category if you for state quota counselling of Karnataka.

** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

Yes ,you need to choose general as your category while filling the neet application form, you cannot choose obc while filling neet application form

This is because,

As per the  neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

But yes,

While filling the form of state counselling you can definitely choose OBC as because you belong to obc at state level while  in 15% all India counselling you are not eligible for OBC category .
