You have to revise basics and concepts. Focus on mocks and review mocks. Many instance, you may find that you missed answer by one or steps or minor mistakes. You should spend 2 to 3 hours for reviewing quant part of every mock cat.
Getting a single digit score, signifies that you are in need of proper preparation and a structured approach to solving a questions in a limited time frame. I would suggest you to take up a trusted source, either a coaching or a coach, and spend time to see what are your strengths and weaknesses.
-Do not rush to solving questions.
-Sit in 30mkn slots and solve 10 questions.
-Aim to cover one new topic once in two days and start with elementary problems
-lastly, focus on getting a good accuracy somewhere close to 75%
Analyze the paper very carefully (it usually take hours to analyze a paper thoroughly).
Do not just memorise formulae. Understand reasoning behind them and question them consistently. This should be followed by playing around with the concepts and formulaes to suit specific questions.
Even after a lot of practice if you are getting such low scores, maybe you are over doing questions that is ending with many negative markings due to wrong answers.
Hope this helps you.
This is how you can betterment your preparation.
