Hello Aspirant,
See if you are already registered for any exam, let's say SSC CHSL and if you again try to register as a new candidate for the same examination then you won't be able to do so because every candidate can fill only one application form.
If you are using your SSC CHSL credentials to fill-up another form of SSC like SSC CGL then also it would not accept because you will get separate registration number for different examinations though it is conducted by same body that is SSC.
So please check the above points, which would be applicable on you and act accordingly.
