Hello sir / mam . My 12th %age is 95, should I drop a year for jee preparation or to take admission in any other engineering colleges.

Your results in 12th have been great. Congratulations.
If you are unsatisfied with this year's jee performance, and you are sure to put the year ahead to score good and get into top institutions, I would suggest you to take a drop. A gap of one gear wont be that of a big deal if you can fetch top institute. But compromising yourself with a common low tier institution can seriously hamper your future.

Your IPE marks are very Impressive. Don't get a drop in the Education. It will effect you in the future if you won't get seat. Rather Join in a good BTech college and in parallel to BTech first year prepare well for JEE exam. You can still write the exam by the end of your first year. If you get the seat in any NIT join that.

It should be totally your call.
I mean if you think that you deserve nit / iit and have faith in yourself that you can do it then you should definitely drop.
Otherwise, there are many private colleges, you can take admission there .
So take time , think about it and make a wise decision
