The first phase of counselling has already been conducted.As per the updates the cutoffs are quite high in NEET 2019.

Your brother will be getting the advantage of reserved category cutoffs.

Based upon his marks since he has the reservation there are chances of getting government colleges but the chances for private colleges is comparatively better.He may not get a seat in the second round of counselling.Wait for the further rounds of counselling.

Don't lose hope. Wait for the next couseling round, usually there are 3 rounds. I am sure you can get a BDS seat, in case you don't secure a MBBS government seat. If nothing works out, you can always opt for an admission at a private medical college.
