Hello sir! my caste, income certificates are pending can I provide it after joining college for scholarship and fee reumbersiment?

Hi,
It really depends on your college, and how they respond to your request. So, you have to confirm it from your College administration and then you can do it accordingly. But according to my experience , they will allow you for your situation, but at first you have pay full fess and then if you provide the certificate then only they will think about reimbursement.
