According to previous year last round(round 4) cutoffs you can get admission in the following college:

University College of Engineering,Thodupuzha.

Calicut Unity. Institute of Engineering & Tech., Tenhipalam.

As on official website there is no cutoffs of spot round so I can not comment on that aspect. But you can not rely on spot round as spot round only depend on seats left after 4 round and this thing is so unpredictable so you should see other option as well.
