Hello Vikas,
Yes, you can definitely get admission in any regular college for b.com till the university from which you have done b.com is a recognized university and you have secured at least of 50% in aggregate for all the 3years. (this may vary from college to college, generally its 50% or 55% for some top colleges).
Even if you have done a correspondence course from a recognized university you are eligible to apply.

Yes, you can. The basic eligibility criteria for
Mcom
is that you must have completed your Bcom with atleast 50%.(may vary slightly)

Admission into regular MCom Colleges take splace tvrough graduate aggregate marks of all 3 years of BCom.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks are generally required by top University.
Studnets can be from Correspondences degrees as well.
Mcom can be onky done after you complete your graduation.
