Dear aspirant,
I understand your concern regarding your weak subjects before opting for a stream. But with little practice and dedication you can get through. The chemistry part is definitely important, for which you can brush up your basics and you'll find it easy thereafter. And you don't have to worry much about mathematics. Mostly pure biology students pursue pharmacy and the mathematics part is quite doable, as I already said, with a little dedication.

The main stream for doing pharmacy is PCB some students appear from PCM. Yes you need to score minimum of 60% percentage in 10+2 and you need to qualify good marks in the entrance exam to get admision into pharmacy course.
As pharmacy is all about medicinal preparation you need to have basics of chemistry and you can learn it in the pharmacy courses. As chemistry is also main subject in pharmacy but there are even other subject such as pharmacology and drug technology. You can do masters in those subject later.
Learn the basics of chemistry as there are lots of structure and chemical bonding are seen in the phamracy course.
