You are certainly on right path if you are planning to do B.com (//B.com) in graduation for becoming an English teacher in government school. However you need one more degree in B.ed if you want to become a primary school teacher.

And after that you just need to clear CTET examination for becoming a 1-5 English teacher in government schools of India.
