you may get seat in northeast NITs, NIT Calicut, NIT Goa, NIT Puducherry under SC category.
If you are not taking a drop year then here are some good private colleges:

After scoring 85 percentile in SC category, you will be having a good rank. But, it's difficult to say that whether you will get CSE branch or not without knowing the rank.
But, still there's a hope that you will definitely get CSE branch in top NIT's.

Sorry to say but by scoring just 85 percentile in jee mains you will not be able to get cse branch in any of the NITs even if you are a s.c candidate.
Therefore I shall recommend you to prepare for April term jee mains.
