I hope you have calculated your normalized percentile. The JEE qualifying cutoff for the year 2019 was 89.7548849 percentile (normalised percentile)for common rank list.So it will be difficult to grab a CSE seat in NITs.Anyways,this year's cutoff may change as the question paper pattern and total no of marks have changed,and the cutoff will depend on the no. of students applying and other factors.So,hope for the best and prepare well for your advance exam.

With 80 percentile, if you are from unreserved category than it is impossible to get admission in any of the nit , you need at least 95+ percentile for maintaining the chances of admission. Even in reservation, you are unlikely to get admission most probably.

it is sorry to say that it is very hard for you to get seat in the nit's open category because for your percentile your rank may vary between 57132 - 240541 and the total number of seats in the nits are only 17967.
