Dear Fahim, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible in NEET, you should have scored an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST, OBC. Now you need to pass individually in these 3 subjects and at the same time secure the aggregate. So even if you scored 43 in Physics, you should have passed Physics individually. If you havent passed in Physics, though you have achieved the aggregate you are not eligible for NEET. But if you have passed in Physics, though you scored less, if you scored the required aggregate, you are still eligible for NEET.

to eligible for neet and medical college a candidate must score aggregate of 50%, if general, 40% if ST/SC/OBC, in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th from recognised board. ypu are scoring total  74% that is why you are eligible for neet as well as medical college.
