hello,my kcet agri ranking is 22899,puc 86%,kcet 115 10th was 90%.my rank is higher than the cutoff,so if i don't get govt seat can i apply for payment seat in dharwad or Raichur agri colleges?as my reservations are ST,rural,HK and agriculture couta eligible.pls guide me if i can get seat in anyway.
