Hello...What is the cut-off for MCA? What's the total fee for sem?Is it mandatory to attempt the entrance exam conducted by State OR from IGNOU??

Admission to MCA in IGNOU isn't done through any entrance test, you just need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below-

• Passed BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/IT)/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent Degree securing 50% marks in the qualifying examination, in case of reserved categories they need merely 45% marks
• Passed Bachelor’s degree of minimum  three year duration from a recognized University with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or graduation level securing 50% marks in the qualifying examination, reserved categories need merely 45% marks along with successfully completed PGDCA program of IGNOU

The application form for July session will soon commence at ignou.ac.in hence, if you're interested and you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can register at the admission portal by providing your details such as name, email-id, mobile number, username, password.
